After research, it was decided to carry out the fifth session in the province from now onSelection of "Henan Province Civil Engineering Science and Technology Award · Architectural Scheme Award"。

"Henan Civil Construction Science and Technology Award" is a science and technology award in the field of civil construction engineering in Henan Province, sponsored by the Henan Provincial Science and Technology Association and supported by the Henan Provincial Civil Construction Society。The "Architectural Scheme Award" aims to prosper the architectural creation of Henan Province, stimulate the innovative design consciousness of Henan architects, expand the social impact of Henan architects, and make greater contributions to the construction of the Central Plains Economic Zone。All units are requested to seriously and actively organize the application and recommendation of construction scheme award projects。

Relevant matters are explained as follows:

1. Scope, conditions and procedures for submitting information of the project

Participating projects must be in accordance with the "Henan Civil Construction Science and Technology Award.· Evaluation Method of Architectural Scheme Award (trial) V1.(see Annex 1)。

2. Working organization

Henan Civil architecture societyThe "Office for the Selection of the Fifth Henan Civil Engineering Science and Technology Award and Architectural Scheme Award" (hereinafter referred to as the "Office"), co-located with the secretariat of the society, is responsible for coordinating, contacting and receiving, sorting, classifying and filing materials and other services。

3. Declaration time

1、The applicant's unit must be a group member of Henan Civil Architecture Society, and the first applicant should be an individual member of the Association (can apply for membership at the same time).。

2. The project information must be directly submitted to the office (Secretariat of the Institute) before November 10, 2018, and will not be accepted after the deadline。

3. Each project shall pay the evaluation cost fee of 1800 yuan when submitting the evaluation materials。

4. Local societies organize initial evaluation and recommendation

The local societies actively organize the relevant units in the region to declare the fifth session"Henan Province Civil Construction Science and Technology Award · Architectural Scheme Award", after the initial evaluation, recommended to participate in the evaluation。
